We work in close partnership with customer’s design – engineering team to develop optimal manufacturing process. We use our experience, expert knowledge, and the latest Siemens – Unigraphics NX CAD/CAM 3D modelling software to help us achieve innovative die and machining fixture designs which can be manufactured within the controlled parameters in-house. We conduct mould flow analysis for all casting and simulate forgings prior to manufacturing the actual dies. Tool & Die Designing die tool requires special skill and experience. High Pressure Die Casting

High Pressure Die Casting Molten Aluminum is power injected into a hardened tool steel mould and allowed to solidify under pressure before ejection. HPDC provides high productivity and shortest route from molten metal to completed component. Cast & Alloys has  high pressure die casting  machine with a locking force of 250 Tons and we have on order a 325 Ton HPDC Machine. The machines has computerised real-time shot control and cooling, automatic ladling, automatic die-spray, automatic casting extraction.   Gravity Die Casting Gravity Die Casting  (Permanent Mould Casting) employs the use of steel moulds which allow Aluminum to solidify by gravity.  Molten metal filling is ensured by feeder design, while use of fibre glass filters prevent inclusion and oxides from flowing along with the molten Aluminum.  The steel moulds will ensure rapid chilling, while ceramic riser cup will ensure proper feeding of molten Aluminum during solidification, resulting in production of very sound quality castings. These castings are heat treatable and provides excellent mechanical properties.
